Join contemporary multidisciplinary artist Lauren Baker to create a symbolic nature talisman. Participants will begin with a mindful forage for natural materials before creating a unique hanging mobile using found objects, ribbons, crystals, thread, paint and more. Each artwork is infused with a personal wish or intention for nature or for another person, then hung on a collaborative Wishing Tree, transforming it into a living artwork. At the end of the gathering, participants take home their handmade talisman as a lasting reminder of their intention, creativity and connection to the natural world.
