The threaded pattern is inspired by tribal markings known as scarification, made during ceremonies which acknowledge rights of passage. The threaded marks form a portal shape, representing the path to higher states of consciousness which can be realised post ceremony. Emanating glows of subtle hues lead to the blank centre, relating to the journey of finding the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’, AKA inner wisdom.
