Inspired by Leonard Cohen’s philosophical poetry. When meditating and watching our thoughts, distortions are noticed. Our versions of reality are merely perceptions driven from our own stories and concepts of experiences with emotions added for extra power; once we realise this, it’s not as ‘real’ as first perceived! The cracks of broken mosaics represent thoughts, the white circle of neon light represents the soul - our purest self in our truest essence... the watcher of the thoughts, aligned with balance and harmony. The ripples of mixed media represent the stillness and expansiveness of equilibrium.
